Welcome to Zetcosoft.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and Zetcosoft (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) governing your use of our software, plugins, website, and services.
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any Zetcosoft product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use our software.
1. License Grant
Zetcosoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
You may use the software for:
- Personal use
- Commercial use
- Internal business purposes
2. License Types
🔹 Single Machine License
- Valid for one machine only
- Non-transferable
- Can be used offline after activation
- Includes 1 year of free updates
- After 1 year: updates available at 50% of product price
3. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
- Resell or sublicense without permission
- Use the software for illegal purposes
All intellectual property rights remain with Zetcosoft.
4. Trial & Purchase Policy
We provide trial versions of our products.
👉 You are strongly advised to fully evaluate the product before purchase.
- No refunds will be provided after purchase under any circumstances
- Purchase confirms satisfaction with the product
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Zetcosoft and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Updates & Modifications
We may:
- Update or modify software at any time
- Change features, pricing, or licensing terms
- Improve performance or security
Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all environments
- Accuracy of data processing (including import/export or model handling)
You assume full responsibility for usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zetcosoft shall NOT be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- System failure
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Use of the software is entirely at your own risk.
9. Termination
This license may terminate if you:
- Violate any terms of this Agreement
Upon termination:
- You must stop using the software
- Remove all installed copies
10. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website.
